The Seven Fruits of Israel, or Shivat Minim, (meaning the seven kinds or seven species) are beloved iconic emblems of the Jewish people. The symbolize the abundance of the land, the sources of bread and wine and "honey" made from mashed dates. They are delicious to eat and of beautiful form, an enhancement to any kitchen decor.
