"You have changed my mourning into dancing, you have loosed my sackcloth and girded me with joy" Ps 30:12

All of us have had times of despair. This psalm reminds us that life has cycles, and that our hope can again be restored. It might also be understood that death is a transition to something beyond what we can understand.
