The Bible, or TaNaKh, is filled with magnificent and inspiring imagery. Judaism in many, but not all, ways, is an intellectual endeavor. My mission is to make visual the sumptuousness of the text, and further illuminate its meaning. My wish is that my pieces will serve as inspiration, invitation, and blessing.
Giclee Printing & Hand Gilding
The giclee (pronounced "zshee clay") process is a high density scan of original gouache paintings, printed with archival inks on textured archival watercolor paper. The parts painted in gold consequently look like a picture of painted gold.
The giclee print looks very nice on its own, but the gold can also be hand painted on your print, bringing it very close to the original. The gilding fee varies and requires additional time for processing your order.
Pricing & Sizes
The price for each giclee art print is $65, unless otherwise listed, plus shipping and handling. Prices for hand gilding vary with the amount of gold on the print. Except where noted, pieces are approximately 10 ½ x 7 ¾ inches . Different print sizes can be special ordered and take six weeks for delivery.
